Property Rules

Directory

  • No pets.

     No children under 15.

     No smoking or vaping inside or within 8 feet of an open door.

     No outdoor shoes indoors.

     Please don’t water the plants.

    • Please limit your outdoor wandering to the Teahouse property boundaries of the parking area to the patio and garden beds on the north (garage) side of property.

     Please be conservative with water use. The well water meets water quality standards for domestic use, but we wanted a higher quality, so we have city water trucked in for our domestic use.

     Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. We are on a septic system.

     Please hang towels on hooks or bars after use to let them dry.

     Kitchen

    • Please separate garbage and recycling

    • Please use what supplies you need during your stay and notify us if we are getting low on anything
